Throughout Joe’s career, he has greatly enjoyed making presentations on the big stage. His articulation of purpose and strategy was a hallmark of his leadership, and he has honed the art of using presentations to engage and motivate an audience to move in a certain direction.

Reflecting on his career, Joe has now developed a thought line built around leading with humanity. He uses real life examples to bring to life a journey through three important questions. First, is it possible to make ethical decisions that are also profitable? Second, is it possible to create purpose led organisations that are also high performing? Third, how do CEO’s keep themselves in balance in our always-on demanding digital world?

Joe goes to great lengths to understand the audience, and tailor his remarks to engage in a relevant and interesting way. Joe is able to create and adapt content based on individual client needs and connect with existing client strategies and focus.
